You may need to temporarily disable your antivirus before you begin. Launch the Blackberry Software Suite. The Status on Blackberry Software Suite will show "Disconnected".




Launch Blackberry Blackberry Logger Tool. The screen should show IMEI and MEP number as empty s(see screenshot below).




Connect USB Cable to your Computer,



.The Blackberry Software Suite will show Connecting (see screenshot below). Immediately press "Read Blackberry Handset Info" on the Blackberry Logger Tool.




The Blackberry Logger Tool should show the IMEI and MEP number read from your handset (see screenshot below). If you see the below screenshot skip to Step 10.




If the IMEI and MEP number fails to read, you may see the error message "Can't connect to phone. Try reattach it !" (see screen shot below). If this happens, click "OK" and retry by clicking the "Read Blackberry Handset Info" on the Blackberry Logger Tool. Repeat this until you see the IMEI and MEP number appear.




If the Blackberry Software Suite status reaches "Sync All" (see screenshot below)... then stop. Disconnect the phone from your PC. Do not reconnect until you see a disconnected status on the Blackberry Software Suite and follow the procedure from step 5 again by re-attaching the phone to your PC."

Once you have successfully read the IMEI and MEP Number from your handset, enter the IMEI and MEP ID (MEP Number) below and order your unlock code.

To Finish enter handset information below and Click "Unlock Now".
